🌟 What You’ll Do
As Boutique Manager, you’ll lead the store with diligence, confidence, and grace. From styling clients to building team culture, your leadership will set the tone for excellence.
In this role, you will:
• Oversee daily operations with attention to detail and care
• Report to and collaborate directly with the owners regarding store goals and growth opportunities.
• Provide an elevated, personal, and welcoming customer experience
• Help lead, train, and develop a team that reflects our values
• Take ownership of store goals—including sales, service, and team development
• Curate visual displays that tell a meaningful and beautiful brand story
• Engage on social media to connect with our community
• Keep the store organized, clean, and on-brand
• Solve challenges with creativity and lead with a heart for impact
💡 What You Bring
• 2+ years of retail management experience (fashion/boutique preferred)
• Strong leadership with humility, initiative, and care
• A passion for fashion and serving women with intention and grace
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn digital tools and POS systems
• Confident using social media to share and connect
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays
🧍Physical Requirements
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable reaching, bending, and climbing ladders
• Capable of performing merchandising tasks like folding, steaming, and tagging
