We ask that you please read and understand our return policy below.
If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy as outlined below.
(Please note that our online policy differs slightly from our in-store return policy.)

Due to the fact that we are a small, family-owned business,
we are unable to issue refunds, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance, with the exception of items that
are defective. We will issue store credit for all eligible returns as
outlined below. Store credit is valid for a full year and can be used
in store or online. You are responsible for all return postage.
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to our standard return policy. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance and the Seel Return Assurance policy and return process here. You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.
- Please note that all items that are discounted 25% off or more are final sales and are unable to be returned for any reason, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.
- To return an item for store credit you must contact us within 14 days of the order being placed. This means through an email or a phone call during business hours.
- Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact. This includes no residue of smoke, pet hair, deodorant, makeup or perfume. If items are returned to us with any of the conditions listed above they will be shipped back to you at your expense.
- Damaged items must be reported within three days of delivery including weekends. We are unable to accept returns on damaged items after this 3 day period.
- We stand by our product, if there are any damages or true defects we will make them right. Please note: varying of color and texture in fabrics, etc. are part of the normal art of the garment and are not considered as defects in any way. We do our best to bring you the most accurate descriptions and pictures that we can, however we are not responsible for variance in colors due to differing computer screens, etc. If you have a question regarding color, please call us. We are happy to Facetime or send you more images to help!
- Please package your return items so that they arrive undamaged. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside another box for shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items returned to us. If there are damages found other than for the reason you are returning them, we will ship them back to you at your expense.
