🌸 About the Role

As the Styling & Sales Manager, you lead with purpose, presence, and poise. You’re passionate about helping women feel seen and celebrated — and you model that through every outfit, every conversation, and every guest experience on the boutique floor.

You’ll mentor the Hands of House team, guide guests through styling moments, and set the tone for excellence in both sales and service. With a strong sense of personal style, a heart for hospitality, and a high level of integrity, you help bring Krista Anne’s mission to life through leadership that is both gracious and driven.

🛍️ What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of the guest experience on the sales floor
• Mentor and support Sales & Guest Experience Assistants and Stylists
• Lead daily sales rhythms and special events with confidence and vision
• Host styling appointments and cultivate lasting client relationships
• Set the tone for excellence in service, communication, and follow-through
• Assist with floor resets, merchandising updates, and daily store flow
• Collaborate with Boutique Manager and leadership team on store goals
• Embody the Hands of House motto: Styling confidence. Creating connection.

🧍Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable with physical boutique tasks including restocking, styling, and merchandising
• Physically able to assist clients throughout the boutique
