Krista's Story

In 2007, in a little house in Black Mountain, NC, Krista Anne's was born with a missional purpose of giving back. In the spring of 2012, after 5 years of being in the little house on S. Ridgeway Ave. Krista stepped out in faith and expanded the little shop, moving to the center of downtown on 110 W. State Street where you'll find the shop today. In 2014 she married an amazing man, Jonathan, and moved to be with him in Oklahoma. There she continued to oversee operations of the store from afar with the help of her incredible team back home. In 2018 Jonathan and Krista decided to bring Krista Anne's to Oklahoma and opened their second location in wonderful Oklahoma City.

Krista Anne was given the privilege of learning the value and brevity of life at a very young age when she was diagnosed with cancer at ten years old. It was then that God showed her in a real way that her life mattered to Him and He had a specific purpose for her. Now cancer free, she has seen much beauty grow through pain, trials and joy over the years. "My life has been greatly impacted by many truly beautiful and courageous men and women who have selflessly given of themselves to extend Christ's love to me." Her heart's desire is to fall more in love with Jesus Christ every day and to extend His Love, Grace and Truth to those around her.

Every life has a purpose and every women has a God-given beauty all her own. Our desire at Krista Anne's is to honor and nurture that beauty by offering clothing and accessories that celebrate your uniqueness. We also believe that true beauty goes beyond outward adornment and has the power to make a lasting impact in our lives and in the lives of those around us.

Jesus Christ offers us "...beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness...that He might be glorified." (Isaiah 61:3)

"For where our treasure is there will our heart be also."
                     " I am His treasure....
             His beauty is upon me....
                   His glory's what adorns me....
                          makes me beautiful, forever beautiful.
For He fadeth not away,
He will stand against that day
when all I am will come to light
and all that's meant to pass will fade.
Remaining in the Light
will be His beauty - forever beautiful in Him.
For You, LORD, are forever Beautiful, forever Wonderful,
when all else fades away...You remain.
You are the Beautiful found in me."
