🌸 About the Role


As a Sales & Guest Experience Assistant, you’ll be one of the first smiles a guest sees and one of the last voices she hears before walking out with confidence. You’ll support the sales floor, offer kind styling assistance, and help maintain a joyful, beautiful boutique atmosphere.

You may also step in behind the scenes—helping tag, steam, and restock when needed—working with a team that shares your love for fashion and your heart for service. This is a wonderful starting point for someone with a teachable spirit, strong attention to detail, and a calling to serve women through style.

🛍️ What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
• Support clients with basic styling and outfit suggestions
• Assist at checkout and with gift packaging
• Maintain fitting rooms, restocking, and floor organization
• Straighten displays and help keep the boutique beautiful
• Occasionally assist Heart of House tasks like steaming or tagging
• Collaborate with the Heart, Hands, and Face teams for smooth daily flow
• Reflect Krista Anne’s mission of honoring women in every interaction

🧍Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable reaching, bending, and climbing ladders 
• Capable of performing merchandising tasks like folding, steaming, and tagging
