As a Client Experience Stylist, you’re more than a salesperson—you’re a trusted guide and encourager. Your role is to build meaningful relationships with guests, help them feel beautiful and confident, and curate personalized looks that reflect their unique stories.
You thrive in a boutique environment that honors faith, purpose, and excellence. Whether you're hosting a one-on-one appointment or styling on the floor, you bring intentionality, warmth, and expertise to every interaction.

🛍️ What You’ll Do
• Host and lead styling appointments with returning and new guests
• Build client relationships through follow-up, intentional care, and styling continuity
• Curate head-to-toe looks based on guest needs and boutique inventory
• Support daily sales floor activity, checkout, and guest experience
• Assist with floor resets, seasonal transitions, and brand storytelling
• Contribute to reaching daily and monthly sales goals
• Collaborate with Hands, Heart, and Face teams to deliver exceptional service

• Teachable spirit with a willingness to grow in leadership
• Flexible schedule with availability on some weekends and event days
• A sense of personal style aligned with the Krista Anne’s brand
🧍Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to move and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable with light physical tasks including climbing step stools, unpacking boxes, steaming clothing, and merchandising
• Physically able to assist guests in the fitting room or throughout the boutique as needed
