Inventory Support Stylist

🌸 About the Role
As an Inventory Support Stylist, you help prepare every item with care and intention before it reaches the boutique floor. From unboxing to tagging and steaming, your work ensures that each piece is ready to help a woman feel confident, seen, and celebrated.
This is a behind-the-scenes role—but one that carries front-line impact. You work with quiet excellence, supporting the team, enhancing the guest experience, and laying the foundation for the boutique’s flow and beauty.
📦 What You’ll Do
• Steam and tag new inventory
• Organize and restock merchandise on the floor
• Assist with markdowns, transfers, and inventory prep
• Maintain back-of-house order and cleanliness
• Collaborate with the Inventory Manager and support team flow
• Reflect the Heart of House motto: When the heart is strong, everything else flourishes.

🧍Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfort with light physical tasks like steaming, folding, unpacking, and organizing
• Ability to assist in occasional floor resets or visual adjustments as needed
